Pixels & Resolution:
Check that the inserts you are preparing leave enough clearance to be inserted smoothly. Don't assume that a piece will fit the carrier envelope just because you know it to be smaller. For example, a standard #9 is commonly used as a reply envelope, but cannot be machine inserted into a 6x9 carrier unless it is folded in half.
